Updating of marketing authorisations (MA) for medicinal products not marketed in Norway

The Norwegian Medicines Agency would like to emphasize that all holders of MA’s for medicinal products in Norway have an obligation to keep their MA’s updated at all times.

This is their obligation  also in situations when the medicinal product is not marketed, or if it has been marketed, but for some reason is taken off the market without the MA being withdrawn.
